The Goal
Enjoyed and Recommended By LA
MovieGuide magazine says the "...THE GOAL has such a compelling
story and
big heart that it's well worth watching."
The Denver debut of "The Goal" had dignitaries
from near and far. One of the long distance travelers was Dr. Ted Baehr
of the noted Movieguide magazine.
Spending time with the director Darla Rae and other actors during the
VIP opening, Dr. Baehr had been looking forward to seeing the movie,
knowing the basic story and how long Darla had been working on the
project.
Dr. Baehr's review was good and says "since the movie was made to raise
funds for various organizations concerned with quadriplegics, MOVIEGUIDE®
urges people of faith and values to see THE GOAL."
Very important and pleased that Dr. Baehr finds the movie worthy of his
time and review.
"The Goal" now prepares to open in Alabama, Houston and Michigan, where
many people are looking forward to the movies debut to support local
organizations, quad rugby teams and school organizations.
"A very busy schedule as I go to all these places, but it's worth it to
let everyone know that The Goal is here for people to know that they can
make it, whatever their challenges are. And everyone has challenges, be
they physical or otherwise." Darla states. "This was my big dream and
others know through this that they can make it and have the guys from
the team also be their inspiration."
Question and Answer sessions follow many of the upcoming showing in
Alabama and Houston. Please call for interviews to be booked directly
with Darla Rae.
